Hotel Policies

• 3-night deposit required at the time of booking

• Balance due the day prior to arrival

• Holiday Policy (December 17 - January 3): 50% deposit at booking, full prepayment due November 1st with November 1st cancellation policy

• Some rates require full payment at time of booking

• Certain promotional rates are 100% non-refundable from time of booking

• Reservations can be cancelled up to 21 or more days prior to scheduled arrival

• 5% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made outside of 21 days

• 3-night deposit forfeited for cancellations made within 21 days of arrival

• All cancellations must be made in writing

• Holiday cancellations: Full prepayment becomes non-refundable after November 1st

Official Evacuation Order: The Tides Grace Bay will not penalize guests for unused nights and will offer an incentive discount for a return visit based on the number of unused nights. This incentive is subject to availability and seasonal rate variations.

Official Hurricane Warning: The Tides Grace Bay will waive cancellation penalties and either refund the full deposit (less 5% fee) or change the reservation to a future date.

All rates are subject to the following additional charges:

• Damage Deposit: $500 collected before check-in

• Credit cards accepted (cash not accepted)

• Government-issued photo ID required at check-in

Website Analytics & Advertising: The Tides Grace Bay uses Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure website performance and optimize our advertising campaigns. This involves collecting anonymous usage data and conversion tracking.
